This Award is an ongoing recognition program that celebrates real examples of safety excellence in our business. Through the Safety Starts With We Award process, we will shine a light on the positive actions, team collaboration and strong communication that supports our common goal of a safe workplace.

How to nominate?
Nominating a colleague is easy, fill out the below form to let us know what outstanding behaviours and ideas you’ve seen the nominee demonstrate, particularly if it can be linked to our safety priorities:
Observation, Intervention, Compliance or Tyrecycle lifesaving rules.
Nominations are sent directly to the National HSEQ Manager and GM Operations with winners announced as frequently as every month!
Winners receive a “Safety Starts With Me Award”, a $100 voucher, a certificate and they’ll be acknowledged on our SharePoint and recognition boards.
