As ResourceCo’s founder, Simon is an innovator having pioneered the repurposing of waste in Australia and remains a passionate leader in the progression of a circular economy. Simon’s ability to identify and forge key strategic ventures has underpinned ResourceCo’s growth as one of Australia’s leading waste recycling companies and a pioneer in carbon abatement.  ResourceCo is strongly positioned as a dedicated business driving sustainable transformation with 30 years of experience and a growing business footprint across Australasia.

Co-founder of ResourceCo and a renowned leader in the industrial, construction and environmental services sector, David has been instrumental in the delivery of some of Australia’s most difficult construction services projects. As Managing Director of McMahon Services Australia, David has been responsible for leading transformation of the company from a small family business into a large multinational company with >800 FTE.

An experienced executive within the industrial and manufacturing industries, Jim is a progressive and results focused leader. He has an outstanding ability to align commercial objectives with environmental outcomes, bringing a strategic mindset to the opportunities presented by resource recovery. Jim is President of the Australian Tyre Recyclers Association, President of WRISA, Director of the Australian Council of Recyclers and Director of the Australian Waste & Recycling Industry Association (NWRIC).

Ryan has extensive experience in managing all facets of operations and supply chain teams within the manufacturing industry. He brings strong people leadership skills and has a strong track record of developing high performing teams, while focusing on developing people and processes to continuously improve operations. With a Bachelor of Management – Logistics & Supply Chain, Ryan brings a well rounded approach to the operations of Tyrecycle.

With over 20 years of experience in tyre recycling, Zoee has worked through all facets of the tyre recycling business. Coming from an Operations Manager role she has recently been promoted to National Collections Manager. She brings her expertise from both the manufacturing and collections side of the business to the new role. Zoee has a Bachelor of Laws which brings a focus not only on compliance but a passion for problem solving.

Based in WA, Ashley has been involved within Tyrecycle for over 8 years. Having worked in a number of roles across the business nationally he understands the business from the ground up. Whether it be collections and meeting all the customers needs or Tyrecycles processing plants and how to best run them safely and efficiently. Given his background, prior to Tyrecycle, in the construction and mining industry Ashley is focussing on the OTR and conveyor belt recycling part of the business whilst continuing to support all levels of Tyrecycle. Ashley is a committee member of The Waste and  Recycling Industry of Western Australia as well as sitting on working groups tackling tyre, OTR and conveyor belt recycling.

An experienced HSEQ professional from Oil and Gas industry, running teams diverse in terms of geography and nationality and brings with him excellent, high quality experience from an extremely unforgiving industrial environment, Mazen has demonstrated success with the implementation of new HSEQ initiatives at multinational organizations. Major companies worked with over the years in the middle east and UK include British Gas, Schlumberger, Dana Gas and Kuwait Energy in senior HSEQ positions.
Mazen is a chemist with a diploma in occupational health and safety and environment management.
