We know consumers will shift their purchasing decisions based on intrinsic values but that needs to be supported all the way up the chain.

We’ll only achieve the goal of circularity if all stakeholders accept there is responsibility at every level, including continued consumer education, investment in additional infrastructure, enhanced policy and bold procurement commitments.
