Thanks to a groundbreaking partnership between Tyrecycle and Fenner Conveyors, Infinity Series conveyor belts are made with recycled rubber from end-of-life conveyor belts.
A circular solution for conveyor belting
At Tyrecycle, we’re proud to partner with Fenner Conveyors to help deliver the Infinity Series – a new generation of conveyor belts made using recycled Australian materials and designed to support a truly circular mining industry.
The Infinity Series represents a major step forward in turning end‑of‑life conveyor belts into new, high‑performance products, manufactured and remanufactured right here in Australia.
Through our strategic partnership with Fenner Conveyors, Tyrecycle plays a critical role in recovering, processing and supplying recycled rubber materials for the Infinity Series.
End‑of‑life conveyor belts are collected, processed and recycled through Tyrecycle’s Australian facilities, before being reintroduced into Fenner’s manufacturing process. This closed‑loop system ensures valuable materials are kept in use and out of landfill, while maintaining the performance standards required by the mining and resources sector.
The result is a practical, scalable circular economy solution – not a future promise, but a solution operating today.
Made in Australia, recycled in Australia
The inaugural Infinity Series belt contains 10% recycled content, using high‑grade ground rubber sourced from local manufacturing operations and recycled materials supplied by Tyrecycle.
By keeping recycling, compounding and manufacturing onshore, the Infinity Series delivers:
- Reduced reliance on virgin raw materials
- Lower transport emissions
- Strong supply chain transparency
- Local jobs and local investment
This integrated approach supports decarbonisation goals while maintaining consistent belt performance for general‑purpose applications.
Full lifecycle accountability
Tyrecycle’s end‑to‑end chain of custody underpins the Infinity Series. We track and verify:
- Where materials are collected
- How they are processed and recycled
- What products they are converted into
- Where those products are ultimately used
This transparency gives customers confidence that materials are responsibly managed and genuinely recycled into new, productive uses.
Innovation driven by partnership
The Infinity Series is enabled by innovation at Fenner’s K‑MIX Materials Innovation Hub, where recycled materials supplied by Tyrecycle are incorporated into advanced rubber compounds under strict quality control.
By combining Fenner’s manufacturing expertise with Tyrecycle’s recycling capability, the partnership delivers a high‑impact circular solution tailored to Australian conditions and industries.
Building a better way forward
The Infinity Series demonstrates what’s possible when recycling, manufacturing and sustainability are fully integrated.
At Tyrecycle, we’re committed to working with industry to:
- Reduce waste
- Extend material life cycles
- Support local manufacturing
- Deliver practical circular economy outcomes
